The rules of the road for using Fit Angle AI. Plain language up top, the legalese where it has to be.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fit Angle AI iOS application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Fit Angle AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Fit Angle AI helps you track meals, supplements, workouts, body metrics, and bloodwork over a 6-month transformation window. The App pairs this data with an AI coach for suggestions.
It is not a medical device, not a substitute for medical advice, and the AI coach is not a healthcare professional. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
You must be 13 years or older to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18, though it varies), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and assumes responsibility for your use of the Service, including any subscription charges.
By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Some Service features are gated behind a paid subscription ("Fit Angle AI Pro"), processed via Apple's In-App Purchase. By subscribing:
We may change pricing, add new tiers, or change feature gating; we'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase affecting active subscribers.
The AI coach and AI parse use third-party large language models. Today, all AI features (coach replies, meal text and photo parsing, bloodwork insights, supplement recommendations) are served by OpenAI.
The output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and must not be relied on for medical, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated suggestion before acting on it. We log AI inputs/outputs to improve the system and resolve incidents (see the Privacy Policy).
Fit Angle AI is a fitness and wellness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Bloodwork interpretation in the App is informational only; consult a doctor for clinical decisions. Ratios and targets shown (calorie / protein / volume) are heuristic — they are not personalised medical advice.
If you experience pain, dizziness, or any other concerning symptom while training, stop and consult a healthcare provider.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (meal photos, bloodwork PDFs, coach messages, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
You represent that you have the right to upload everything you upload.
When you connect a wearable provider (Apple Health, Whoop, Strava, Oura, Garmin, Wahoo, Fitbit), you authorize us to read the scopes you grant. The provider's own terms and privacy policy still apply to the data they hold. You can disconnect at any time from Settings; we delete the OAuth tokens immediately.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law.
On termination, the Privacy Policy's retention rules apply (most data is hard-deleted within 30 days).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN THOSE PLACES THE EXCLUSIONS ABOVE APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) US$100.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in-App for material changes and bump the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the revised Terms.
